Data export and deletion

Save a copy

Before deleting anything, open Me → Data → Save a copy of my data. Lunar creates a JSON file on the device and opens the iOS share sheet. Only you choose where to save or send that file; Lunar does not upload the export automatically.

Delete observation history

Me → Data → Delete observation history clears daily check-ins, experiments, and period summaries. Your account remains available. Once you are signed in, the deletion is synchronized with the Lunar server.

Delete your account

Open Me → Data → Delete account and all data, then confirm. Lunar removes the account, email address, synchronized history, and active sessions from the production database, then clears the local working copy and sign-in keys on that device.

If you cannot sign in

Email hello@tuaev-dev.ru from the address associated with the account. To protect the account, you will need to confirm that you control that address.

What may remain outside Lunar

After account deletion, your data is removed from Lunar’s production database. A protected service backup may retain it for up to 30 days before scheduled rotation removes the backup. Backups are used only for disaster recovery, not to recover an individually deleted account.

Files you export remain wherever you chose to save them. iPhone system backups are managed through Apple settings. The transactional email provider may retain technical message-delivery history under its own policy.
