Terms of Use
Contents
In brief
- Lunar helps you observe your state but is not a medical service.
- The public beta may be unstable.
- You are responsible for your entries and for access to the email address linked to your account.
- You can export or clear your history, or delete it together with your account.
1. Acceptance
By using Lunar, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms. If the way data is processed or the format of the app does not suit you, do not use it.
2. What Lunar is
Lunar is a personal state journal with morning and evening check-ins, a history of change, and a visual cycle “Orbit.” It provides a tool for observation and does not perform medical diagnosis.
Lunar’s observations and visualizations are only a convenient way to work with your own entries.
3. Your responsibility
You are responsible for the accuracy of your check-ins and for content you enter manually. Use Lunar as support for observation, not as a replacement for advice from a doctor, psychotherapist, or other qualified professional.
4. Prohibited actions
- threats, abuse, spam, and distribution of malicious material are prohibited;
- attempts to hack, automate at scale, or bypass service restrictions are prohibited;
- you may not publish another person’s personal data without their consent.
5. Account and access
Access to extended features uses a one-time code sent by email. The code is intended only for your account and must not be shared with anyone else.
6. Disclaimer
The service is provided as a public beta. We work to make releases stable, but do not guarantee error-free operation on every device and iOS version.
7. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated when features expand or new scenarios are introduced. The current version is always published on this page.
